What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact and demo requests — full name, company name, WhatsApp number and/or Telegram username, the product you are interested in, and the message you write. Your full name and either a WhatsApp number or Telegram username are required so that we can reply; company, product and message are optional.
- Technical data — when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server-log information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. This website is intended for business visitors only.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a demo and prepare a commercial proposal.
- To communicate with you about the products or services you asked about.
- To keep the website secure, monitor for abuse and diagnose technical problems.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, on the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
How Your Enquiry Is Delivered and Stored
When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our team as a notification via the Telegram Bot API and is read by the Plexaris team members responsible for sales. We do not operate a customer database on this website; your enquiry is retained in that messaging channel and in our business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship.
Third Parties and International Transfers
We use the following service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:
- Hostinger — website hosting and PHP form processing (server logs, request handling).
- Telegram — delivery of enquiry notifications to our team.
- Fontshare — web font delivery; your browser requests font files from Fontshare's servers when a page loads.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Your browser may store small preferences locally (for example, a remembered form value); these never leave your device.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Spam and abuse are limited through automated checks on the contact form. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
